To ensure resources are allocated to the right person, at the right time, and with transparency, the program follows these standard steps:
1. Review and update your profile
Weekly, the program coordinator checks the list of requests from the urgent support form. This helps us stay updated on new cases promptly and ensures no request is overlooked.
2. Profile review
We will carefully review your current profile alongside the interview information from when you first joined the program. This step helps the coordination team get a comprehensive and thorough view of your personal and family circumstances.
3. Interview
We will conduct an interview (online or in person) to better understand the challenges you are facing and determine the best support plan within the program’s capacity.
Document preparation: Before the interview, staff may ask you to prepare additional documents related to your current difficulties.
Writing a personal statement: You will write a letter detailing your challenges and providing any extra documents if needed. This is an important record for us to discuss your actual support needs with donors.
4. Review and result notification
After collecting complete information, the coordination team will meet to discuss and propose a suitable support plan. The official result will be communicated directly to you via phone or email.
5. Timeline for receiving support
Upon receiving the approval notification, you will receive the support funds within 7 to 10 working days.
